The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive to all requests. The hotel is very centrally located, near many restaurants and shops. The garden restaurant was particularly beautiful with lush greenery and soft lighting. I really enjoyed the rooftop sundeck. It provided a relaxing space.

The spa access required an extra fee, which seemed a bit excessive considering the room price.

the staff was attentive to my needs i found the shady garden with the beautiful pool in the back very relaxing. the lounge on the rooftop was very nice. breakfast included good choices and was near the harbor and center.

my room did not have a chair or a sitting area i asked for a chair. the offered to remove the mini bar to add a chair that was their definition of a suite. i did not enjoy the garden dining due to mosquitoes.

the location was great. breakfast was good and i liked the cosy setting with the nice garden. the staff tried hard to check us into the room by noon, i liked that!

the spa was for a fee, and it did not offer anything worthwhile. the midday and evening menu were the same. i wasn't happy.
